It is a nice place. But the hotel is absolutely ignoring my request to send an invoice. If you book a room OK, you can survive that. But if you are an organizer of tours and book more rooms it is a problem..

It was a good hotel room with everything we needed. The breakfast was good, healthy and diverse, the staff was very friendly and helping.

This is a family run hotel that provides a lovely Georgian breakfast, and also dinner upon request. The location is only a few minutes walk from the first lift and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The owner will drive you to and from if you do not have a car. There is a nice communal room with bollards table and a fire. A little bar to get drinks. Lots of cakes being made each day. Super nice people. The rooms are the equivalent to a cosy 3 star European family run pensione - warm, clean and really comfy bed.

Very kind people working there. Such a warm and homely atmosphere. Very clean and cosy. Location is perfect. In a quiet spot but near all the facilities, 10-15 mins away from New Gudauri. Walking distance to ski rental and lifts. The view from the room is spectacular!!! Also loved their little guest area with fire place and pool table. Had a wonderful stay there. Definitely will come back to the same place.

The friendly and exceptional service by the staff. There was a huge snow storm causing road closures and delays. The staff communicated very well and kept us up to date all the time doing their best to assist us!

We were a group of 4 families (8 adults and 6 children)..They were very responsive and helpful in guiding us in finding tourist spots. They even arranged transportation at reasonable costs. And, the restaurant food is super tasty and the rates are very reasonable..

The staff was absolutely awesome, they helped us in any way possible, the breakfast was delicious, rooms are new.

Exceptional service, value for money, perfect host, Tina. We had our breakfast and dinner at the hotel. All the meals were prepared by Tina. We even got our laundry done. The bonus was the parking onsite. Panoramic views from the bedroom, restaurant, and surroundings. The ski park is 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants in the area as well.
