It’s a lovely family-run place right by the road, just 10 minutes by car from the ski resort. The lady we met was very kind and welcoming, and she prepared dinner for us, which was delicious. Although the food had been frozen, this was completely understandable since we visited on a weekday during the low season. The room was very warm, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the road and the mountains in the background. The double bed was good and there was always hot water available. Very nice and cozy lobby.

“Feeling at home”

Amazing place, felt myself truly at home. Nina’s cooking is excellent, really home-made Georgian food for the best price in the whole Gudauri. You can’t miss home made wine and Chacha, Mamuka and Kakha are exceptional hosts! Getting to the slopes is really easy with their help. Fire place warms you every evening (Christmas tree is still there!). I would definitely return again. Thank you for such warm stay!

I am lost for words. This property was absolutely one of the best properties I stayed in Georgia. The way I was embraced with the culture the food the cleanliness of the property. The interaction I had with the staff was 100% amazing.

“Charming, cosy chalet”

A lovely, warm chalet with home made breakfast from the wonderful owners, Nina and Mamuka. The communal area was snug and was a nice way to talk to other guests. The owner arranged a car to take us to the slopes each time. He was very good and it helped a lot. As we were with a child it was too hard to walk to the ski ride/lift.

They cancelled our reservation at 21:30 and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

Our stay was amazing in the hotel especially the people who work in the facility. They are very helpful in every way and easy going. They have amazing transportation facilities and many thanks to all of them.

Place of the Chalet was fine, Hot water caility in bathroom and room heating system was good.but poor maintenance.

Such a homely stay, close to ski lifts and restaurants. The in house food options are superb and the breakfast is top notch. Incredible hospitality and comfortable rooms. The host Niniko is absolutely lovely 💛

The host Nina was such a lovely lady. It is in the most beautiful location close to ski fields. Room was spotless and it was good value for money. You must try her homemade wine, it was so yummy!!

I rented the place for a week. It was clean and not far from the ski resort. Mamuka took care of everything and provided service like a family member. Mother Nina (the cook) made delicious food.

Host hospitality, real Georgian welcoming, hand made daily food, good breakfast, excellent wi-fi. The hosts were always super friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. The host drove every day to the slopes and was always keen to help and find a solution. We had a great time and will surely come back. Apart from that WiFi was working all the time and is workation proof. The room and house are very warm and comfy.

Super homely place, the staff here (Nina, Mamuka) treat their guests like family. The chalet itself is very cosy, warm and clean. The beds are comfortable. Internet works well for those who need to work from here. The food prepared by Nina was amazing and we couldn’t resist ourselves from ordering khinklali every day! Breakfast is also very good. The place is not far from the ski lift and travel there is easy to organise :)

Our stay in Gudauri was absolutely wonderful. The place was incredibly calm, clean, and filled with such positive vibes that it instantly made us feel relaxed. A special mention to Niniko, who treated us like her own children — her warmth and care truly made the place feel like home. The view and ambience were simply amazing, adding so much beauty to the entire experience. This is truly a must-try place for anyone visiting Gudauri. I also want to highlight the ski lessons by Gvantsa — they were fantastic! I enjoyed every moment and learned so much. The main reason this trip was so special is because of these two amazing people. Thank you, Niniko and Gvantsa. We will miss you both!
