Our stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to the highest level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was a true highlight — rich, delicious, and full of variety, offering something for every taste. But the real culinary gem is the hotel’s restaurant, which is hands down the best in the area. It’s a top-tier chef restaurant with outstanding dishes, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. What really made our stay unforgettable was the personal touch. The hotel manager shota was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to assist with anything we needed — day or night. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly sets this place apart. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I felt like at home. Everything looks like new, clean and very stylish. I even had a possibility tp watch Mimino movie for the first time of my life during our stay. And what a restaurant, food is amasing and vine is above expectations.

A nice and quiet boutique hotel in Gudauri. The rooms are beautifully designed. I had an issue with my reservation, but they were able to find a solution. Olga and Shota are very kind and make a real effort to ensure a great experience. That makes the place a much better hotel than many others.

“Quite beautiful with stunning spa”

Really very pretty sauna and jacuzzi-pool spa room. Well worth staying for just this. Additionally, the restaurant must have the best food, service, ambiance and decor in all of Gudauri. A talented pianist played during dinner. Remarkable really. The breakfast was equally impressive, and also worth staying, just for this. The manager, Shoto, and his staff were truly outstanding. Of course, the rooms were so unique with excellent decor. We had a large terrace too.

“Perfect for ski lovers with a luxury restaurant”

The hotel is super close to the ski slopes, and the big balcony offers stunning snow views – absolutely breathtaking! The on-site restaurant is top-notch, adding a luxurious vibe to the stay.

This hotel really exceeded all my expectations a lot, especially all the staff are amazing with their caring and lovely attitude all the time. During my stay there was not snow in Gudauri, so most of the time I was staying at hotel and chilling a bit after stressful working year, and I must admit it was wonderful atmosphere, sitting in very cozy sofa in the hall, drinking Georgian red wine and listening to real person playing piano. Meanhwile staff coming and asking if you’d like something else to make you more comfortable. There is also cinema you can watch Netflix and enjoy anytime. Sauna is also wonderful. And I can’t miss how amazing breakfast they serve every morning, which costs every penny so I suggest definitely include breakfast during your stay. Also suggest to taste Chikhirtma with chacha!

I went on a ski trip with my family, and we loved it! First, the rooms are very unique and special. Each room has a different theme, which the administrator told us about. There are no boring rooms that look like every other hotel room. The breakfast was small but cute and delicious. The only thing missing was fresh bread! :D But the best part of the hotel is the staff. We often stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such a wonderful team. They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.

We recently spent three nights at this charming boutique hotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the restaurant offered a fantastic blend of traditional Georgian flavors with a European twist – every dish was a treat. A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind and hospitable. He even treated us to nearly the entire menu, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This hotel is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning our return!

View from the rooms were amazing. Staff was very helpful, they provided lifts to the gondola/ski points. Even extra water bottles were provided when we asked.

The staff were incredible. From the waiters to the front of house we couldn’t find any faults. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Dinner was lovely also. Amazing wine and they help you choose your favourite with wine tasting. The spa was lovely and our room was perfect!

An unbelievably outstanding find. The ambience of this place is something I cannot describe - but what I can say is I will be back!  The essence of 10 Georgian historical figures captured in 10 rooms is a novel and unique way to allow guests to be immersed in the history of Georgian culture. Our maître d', Lado, is worthy of mention and high praise. He recommended excellent wines for both our meals and was attentive to absolutely everything. Nothing was too much for him. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin rated award - every dish was prepared to the highest quality and the presentation - excellent. Evenings were made complete with an outstanding pianist, a maestro, who could play absolutely everything! I loved everything about this boutique hotel!
