“Nice apartment, has everything you need. Price is equivalent accommodation type.”
Breakfast was not included so I cannot comment. However, there are many close eateries within a 100m radius which serve good food.

The location is very good, only five minutes to walk to the Gondola. There is also a supermarket, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The room was clean, too. The owner George was very friendly and helpful. He answered always very fast on What's App.
