“Very please with the stay, and the host was very helpful and available all the time.”
Clean, great location, all kitchen appliances are in place and good quality. Bathroom fixtures are well maintained. All essentials like a microwave, washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. A ski depot is also provided for safe ski storage.

- Very close to the lifts and at the very "the epicentrum" of the skiing resort - Quiet at night - Cosy and quite a spacious room - Very convenient for a stay with 1 or 2 kids - All the amenities are there in the room (cutlery, dishes...) I left my skiing trousers in the room. The host was kindly keeping my trousers in Tbilisi until the time I have managed to collect them.

“Fabulous charm”
An incredibly cozy apartment in New Gudauri that has everything for comfortable staying and enjoying the time. It has a charming comfort and a nice design. The host is so friendly and welcoming. The locating is great - just a few steps to the lifts. The views are great - you see the mountain with the ski elevators and can keep an eye on the weather just by looking out the window.

“Cozy apartments”
Perfect location close to the ropeway with magnificent view. Cozy and clean apartments. Everything was great and surely will back here again. Manana helped us with every appeared question. Very grateful for this. If u're looking a place to stay in Gudauri this apartments would be the perfect place for this.

“A welcoming home in Gudauri⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
The apartment was home away from home ❤ Everything we needed has been carefully thought of by our lovely host Manana. Also, I was staying for my birthday and Manana left me a present of delicious! homemade wine and a traditional churchkela sweet in the room. Room had a lovely view of the mountain from the balcony, and everything were a few steps away like restaurants, supermarket, ski rentals and the gondola. Manana checked with us all the time and made sure the stay is superb. We also got discounts for renting a sled for my daughter in the ski rental downstairs. 10 out of 10!
