My friend and I stayed at this hotel in March. The service at the reception was excellent — a special thank you for that! The staff helped us with any questions we had: how to book snowmobiles, where to eat, and the best way to get to the ski lift. The hotel also had a dedicated area where we could leave our skis and boots, which was very convenient. There was also a T-bar right next to the hotel, making it easy to get up the mountain. Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gudauri, Georgia. The receptionists, Nini and Alex, were very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome, making us feel comfortable right away. The hotel has a romantic atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant service was fast with very delicious food. beautiful view from my room overlooking the Caucasus Mountains—i love the comfortable bed and extra pillow too. The streets and the area in front of the hotel were fully covered in snow, creating a magical winter experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again

- Views: I reserved a room with Mountain View, and the view is spectacular!!! And basically the restaurant, the bar, the Terrance are all with very good view!!!! - Location: It is higher thus the good view, but very close to the main road, it is only about 250 meters from the intersection. If you are not a senior skier or well equipped, it’s about 10 minutes walk down to Shino lift(cable cart) and ski rental. - Service/staff: During my stay, Mariam at reception and Saba at restaurant/bar were super nice, I mean not politely nice, but sincerely kind and caring to me. I was well taken care of, I am so grateful for their kindness. Gudauri is definitely a place I would come back to, and Alpina will be definitely the hotel I will stay in again . Again, thank you Mariam and Saba. You both rock!

The views from the room were amazing.There was an event on our second day there which was very thoughtful of the hotel to organise.

Good service, manager Sergi was super helpful. Food goooood, both in the buffet breakfast and up in the restaurant. Most of the rooms are small'ish but plenty for a ski holliday. Views and vibes were nice.

I would like to sincerely thank the Service Manager for being actively involved in the service and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and hands-on approach were clearly reflected in the high-quality service provided. It truly made a positive difference in the overall experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. They even assisted us in pushing our car when we struggled to reach the hotel due to the road conditions - something we genuinely valued. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. We also liked the additional facilities, including a billiard and board games room, as well as a dedicated room for storing snow equipment, which was very convenient.

The hotel did not honor a confirmed reservation. Despite prior communication about delayed arrival due to road closures, we were refused accommodation on arrival, offered no alternatives or assistance, and had to leave the resort...

“Amazing”

Calm and relaxing! The staff was great, they manage to book us a taxi everyday for new gudauri. If you’re good on the snow, you can go to the slopes straight from the hotel. Warm, safe and beautiful!

Our stay at Alpina was beyond our expectations. Of course, the beautiful surroundings of the hotel may play a role, but the staff also deserves special mention — everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and willing to assist at any time. Personally, I was very pleased with the music playing throughout the day in the hotel’s common areas. Sitting on the balcony, relaxing with a cup of hot chocolate while listening to jazz, was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel areas were very clean, well-maintained, and showed no signs of wear. The overall design is tasteful and welcoming. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and all the staff working there were incredibly friendly and pleasant. Needless to say, Alpina will be our first choice the next time we visit Gudauri, which I truly hope will be very soon. Thumbs up! 👍

Great hotel with amazing view from a window. The employees are very helpful (f.e. ordered me a marşhrutka to Tbilisi) and friendly. The room was big, clean and very cozy. I can just strongly recommend it.
