“Excellent apartment in Gubbio”
A big and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds. A bit outside the city center but still walkable. Quiet surroundings and parking nearby. The owner Michaela was very helpful and easy to reach. I recommend this apartment if you visit Gubbio.

The apartment is sunny, spacious and well-situated, very close to several bars and shops and within a km or two of the old centre. We were two couples staying and we found it to be extremely comfortable and convenient in every way. Michela was very accommodating with our check-in and throughout our stay made sure we were happy. Thank you, we will definitely consider staying again on our return to Gubbio.

“A home away from home - lovely hosts!”
Very spacious and clean, with nice touches to make it feel like a home from home. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and giving us travel tips. They even went the extra mile to find air conditioning units in the middle of a heatwave, and came late at night to install them for us. Would definitely return, and highly recommend!!

Great care about the guests, clean flat, all items present, not far to markets, easy way out to roads when traveling around, great communication with the owner, Michela.
