House perfect style, full equipment, great location to reach Gubbio

The independent house is great for exploring Gubbio and surroundings. It is very large, as a couple we enjoyed having two full bathrooms. The house is modern, well equipped, comfortable. From the kitchen/garden you can see the historical centre, which can be reached in few minutes walk. You can park next to the house and exit the town very easily. The house is very well isolated- soundproof and the passive AC kept the house at 23 degrees while it was 35 degrees outside. We hope to come back & see more of the region.

Location was great, minutes walk away from the old town. Easily accessible and unit was clean, modern and had everything that you would require. It was a huge plus to have a washing machine and detergents available. The unit met all expectations and the host was friendly.

Accommodation was very clean, and very spacious. The host was very welcoming and the house was in a an excellent position, we loved Gubbio and will certainly be back to Gubbio and the accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in this cool and comfortable house which is in an excellent location. Easy walking distance into Gubbio and backing onto the park which contains the ruins of the Roman Theatre. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was also easy, alongside the house.
