“Bus traveller”
Great location for a bus traveller yet within walking distance of all the sites. A very clean, comfortable room with hot drink making facilities and very welcoming staff. Good range of breakfast choices in a bright cheery room. The Information centre is close by and extremely helpful.

Lovely location and decorations, abundant breakfast, friendly staff. It was lovely to chat with Kwang, a professional and smily receptionist and Breakfast waitress. The location is perfect if you want to explore Gubbio from bottom to top, and the refinement of the paintings of the hotel certainly helped building up atmosphere. Perfect for a couple.

Beautiful furnishings. Walnut furniture glazed terracotta floor and wrought iron bed heads. Warm reception. Pretty breakfast room delicious breakfast with lots of variety.

5 mins walking from city center no private parking, but free parking is not problem nearby good breakfast (at least is better than the standard italian breakfast), with ham, cheese, coffee, some sweets very nice staff fridge in the room

“Everything was just wonderful!”
Wonderful view from the window exactly as it is in the photo. Perfect location. Very nice and helpful staff. Recommendation on the restaurant was excellent. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Welcome appetiser upon our arrival was nice and unexpected (we still don't know if it was for all the guests or just for us, as we had a sort of anniversary. Anyway it was a nice gesture!) We had an unforgettable weekend!

“Standard hotel in the middle of the beautiful Gubbio”
The hotel location is very convinient since it is in the old town of Gubbio. Free parking is available behind the hotel in the busy street and sometimes it is not easy to find a free space. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is fine.
