“Great stay, cosy apartment”
We really loved the town of Gubbio and the apartment was in an ideal location along a smaller lane right off the central square. Parking was in a nearby free parking lot, about a 5 min walk away. Right below the apartment on the same street was a mini-mart, butcher and greengrocer. The apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed and the kitchen had the necessary equipment for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

If you have any qualms about staying at this apartment, lose them. This apartment is fantastic. Great location with parking nearby. Well appointed and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay at Civico.

“Fabulous place”
Beautiful place in a great location. Very comfortable with seating, kitchen, bedroom and large bath. Very clean. Great host who arranged for extra coffee.
