“Too many private functions spoilt the stay”
This was our second night. 2 separate bookings that proved to give us an opportune comparison. Breakfast was good but not as good as the previous day's. There were several items not provided on Monday morning as opposed to Sunday morning. This was a shame because there appeared to be as many people staying on both nights.

“I would have liked a swimming pool just for the hotel guests”
Breakfast was absolutely 💯. Absolutely one of the best breakfasts in Italy and you could have it from 7.00 am. Brilliant. The young man, on reception in the evening, deserves a special mention. He was very helpful.

“The hotel and staff and especially the beautiful pool and shaded patio area were great.”
The room was comfortable and clean. the best features of the hotel were the location. In a quiet area with a beautiful pool and shady large patio and grounds. Perfect place to relax quietly and near beautiful Gubbio village.
