“Great accomodation in Gubbio”
Excellent studio in central Gubbio provided with all imaginable facilities and close to everything in town. Quiet area, fast wi-fi, comfy bed, great shower and, above all, very friendly owners who gave us useful tips on free parking (just 5 minutes walk distance!) local attractions and best places to eat out. More than recommended.

“An exceptional spot for 2 !”
Casa Falcucci is a safe, modern (including a heat pump), well designed and well appointed studio apartment on the edge of the historical part of Gubbio, about 150 metres from the parking area. Our gracious and lovely hosts welcomed us upon arrival and went out of their way to help us with directions, activity recommendations, and assisted us in making restaurant reservations at their favorite local spots (all within walking distance). The beds and linens are top notch, the kitchen is easy to use, and the hosts' attention to detail is remarkable. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend Casa Falcucci.

Tiziana and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. They were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming. Her Son did a great job of explaining how the place ran, as well as telling us about the history of the town and things we should do/ see whilst in Gubbio. Not only did she assist with helping us navigate getting to and from the town, she pre-booked a taxi for us and brought us croissants for breakfast when the taxi was due to pick us up! We couldn’t thank them enough for our amazing stay in Gubbio.

“Our stay was wonderful and our hosts were exceptional going beyond our expectations in their attention.”
The location was excellent, the room was beautiful, very stylish and well appointed. Our hosts also own and operate a bakery, with specialty goods. They provided some of their baked goods which were amazing and great to start the day with the coffee provided.
