“Bad experience”

The apartment is on the ground floor. It has only one main entrance and no windows. Fresh air couldn’t come in, so you had to keep the entrance door open, which felt somewhat unsafe. There was a very strong smell of mold, especially in the bedroom we couldn’t sleep because of the smell and the dampness. It was essentially a basement. The air conditioner was very noisy. There is no breakfast provided just milk in the fridge, coffee, and biscuits. Far too expensive for this kind of accommodation. There was no duvet with a cover but a blanket with a sheet, very cheat

Extremely kind and helpful host family. They picked me up from the parking lot in their car with luggage to the accommodation. The apartment is in a wonderful location, right in the center of downtown, under Palazzo Consuli, yet in a calm and safe location. The accommodation is stunning, exceeded all expectations. Walls preserved from the Middle Ages are flooded with the past. The apartment is fantastically equipped, the hosts provided us with all the earthly goods (fruit, soft drinks, snacks, etc.), which is not expected at all, an excess of the described apartment equipment. Hosts not only provide accommodation, but are real hosts, they love guests.

Amazing, unique, historic 😍in a very good location. Well equipped apartment with fantastic host who meet us at the car park and drove us with our luggage to the apartment while her lovely son gave us information on the town history and history of the building, he was a delight.

We loved this apartment. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town and the apartment was beautiful. There was everything that you could possibly want for an Italian-style breakfast as well as everything we needed in the way of kitchen equipment to prepare a meal. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was great too. The whole place was very tastefully decorated and furnished too. We loved it.

In the heart of Gubbio. Beautifully renovated. great standard of cleanliness. Basic food items in the fridge on arrival and fresh croissant delivered the next morning :) Very friendly host - concerned with making sure we had everything we needed.
