Amazing location, and fantastic view on Via dei Consoli and the Palace of the Consuls, with access from the nicest of most picturescque narrow street in Gubbio. As I did ention that I was a bit tired after 2 weeks of climbing hills and vilage steps, Monia, the caretakers, went to meet me on the parking area 200 m from the appartement! That was really nice.

The owner, Monia, of the apartment was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, Monia had provided us with comprehensive information on parking, key pickup, and accessing the lovely apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and hassle-free the entire process was. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations, offering everything and more for a comfortable and delightful stay. During our checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting Monia in person, and her warm and friendly demeanor further added to our positive experience. She shared her deep passion for Gubbio, a beautiful medieval town abundant in history and culture. As we were preparing to leave, Monia even provided us with recommendations for exploring other noteworthy destinations outside of Gubbio. Overall, our stay at the apartment was exceptional, and we can't wait to return. Both the town and the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and Monia's exceptional hosting made our visit truly memorable.
