“Ok for overnight airport stay but everything else is run down and lack attention”

The room in itself isn’t bad but so many things could had been better. Pots and pans were “cleaned” but still wet (and oily), one cup/one glass/one plate for a room for two? No hooks and holder for soap in bathroom so it becomes very wet after shower everywhere. AC works but extremely noisey and makes a loud clank noise every 15 mins so difficult to sleep.

“Safe pre airport accommodation”

Really safe place to stay for one night before flying from Guayaquil airport. Affordable and clean. The staff were really helpful.

it was cosy and comfortable for 2 people. our room was quiet and clean with enough equipment to cook on the stove. it had a large fridge/freezer and convection microwave oven. we also felt very safe. there was a large supermarket 50 metres away with a delicious and cheap food truck on the corner. they also graciously stored some luggage while we visited the Galapagos. for this we were very grateful. we enjoyed our stay and their willingness to accommodate us, so we stayed an extra week. we would recommend.

Nice pool. Nice and helpful staff

Very secure! Great "mini studio apartment" with comfortable bed, private bathroom and our own little kitchen. Ideal for our short stay, located close to the airport as we were in and out on the way to the Galapagos Islands

Well-equipped studio with great wifi, nice swimming pool in location convenient to airport, bus station, public transportation and market/eateries. A big shout-out to Alejandro who provided excellent service.

The price was good, and the location was perfect for kids -- there is a huge park right next door, and actually two other small parks around the building. It is also right next to the grocery store and has what you need to make food at home.

Convinient location for the airport ($4 taxi), very friendly host with good information about a few things for us to do in our one night in Guayaquil. Didn’t use the pool but looked good and wanted to! Good wifi. Functional kitchenette in the room.

if you are stopping over in Guayaquil and needing somewhere near the bus station or airport this is a great option. Apartment style rooms with skitchen facilities, air con, wifi and Netflix

Good location, not far from the airport and the city center, just one block away from the supermarket. No noise from the road. Good mattress.
