The room was very nice, simple but comfortable. The location is also very good, next to the Cathedral and the Malecon. The caretaker Wilmer was super nice and helpful! Great place.

Great location, walkable distance to the Malecon 2000 and close to restaurants, shops. The place is as described in the picture, simple but practical. Kitchen was easy to use and there was hot water in the shower.

Great stay in Guayaquil, close to supermarkets and the iguana park and walkable to the riverfront. Really clean, hot showers and good kitchen facilities. Staff are really friendly and helpful and even stored our bags safely whilst we were in the Galapagos. would highly recommend.

Great location, very central, just a few minutes walk from downtown main attractions(Parque Seminario, Marcado Central, Bahia, Malecon 2000, Mercado del Rio). Accommodation equipped with kitchen, fridge, large TV with Netflix subscription included, air conditioning, shower with hot water, towels and even saop and shampoo! Staff very friendly and helpful, one gentleman even arranged a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure. Sadly the driver didn't show up, but I can't blame the receptionist for this!!!

Almost nothing. Location is good, though the streets around the hotel are quite ugly, noisy, and look not very safe. Staff was relatively kind.

The location is good which is walking disrance to the historical and beautiful buildings in Guayaquil. The host will help you with everything you need and goes extra miles all the time. It is really spacious & clean, and you have your own kitchen (with all kitchenware and amenities) and private bathroom :)

The apartment is located very close to the city centre, a few blocks away from the Malecón promenade. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The location is relatively easy to find. It is spacious and has the basic equipment for preparing a meal. The price is very good and the owner was polite and helpful.
