Good location. Close to supermarket and Malecon. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. There is a guard at the entry gate sometimes.

Great communication, great response on whatsapp, even when called at 0630 in the morning as we had issues leaving the keys in the lock safe provided and doors, but were very helpful and sorted it all out in time. A member of staff Hector stayed up to help us up at midnight, he was very thorough and give us a detailed tour, he was very helpful and very kind. The flat has a lot of amenities including laundry and drier, wifi is fast and a netflix account too. Shower just ok, soap/shampoo etc provided. There is a daywatch-person outside the front (common for Guayaquil), this was nice, and the property felt safe and secure.

Spacious room, with free washing machine and dryer to use. You can call the owner to take password of the lock, that means you need to have either local phone number or internet to call.

The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was hot, the washer and dryer worked as did the air conditioner in the bedroom. It was great to stand on the balcony and view the sights. We were greeted by a friendly, helpful young lady who explained everything about the apartment to us when we arrived. When we left, a friendly young man helped us get a cab to the terminal. The location is perfect with a large grocery store right across the street and tons of restaurants within walking distance. You can't get more central than Centro

“Deceptive rental practices. Beware!”
It was spotlessly clean, and right on Avenida 9 de Octubre, which is a busy vibrant street in the heart of downtown. It is less than a 10" minute walk from the Malecon 2000. The apartment was in the back of the building, so there was almost no street noise.
