“Beautiful apartment with views in the heart of Guyaquil city.”
This apartment was located very close to everything. There was security at the reception. No one could come into the building without proper identification and purpose. The streets were heavily protrolled with security and police. We wandered around the streets without any issues. The apartment was nicely furnished and spacious. It was on the 18th floor and had wide views of the city and river. I loved that the fridge had filtered cold water with both cubed and crushed ice. The host was always available to answer any questions before and during our stay.

“A unique, modern apartment with a beautiful view of Malecón 2000, Guayaquil”
Communication with the host was excellent. Apartment was very clean and towel and linens were of great quality. We enjoyed cooking in the apartment and getting drinking water directly from the refrigerator. The bathroom was really amazing, especially the ceiling showerhead. The location was convenient for those that want to be close to Malecón 2000. The apartment had a unique modern design that enhanced our overall experience. A little extra time needs to be arranged at prime times for the elevator as only four people are allowed at a time and traffic can get heavy. Host was flexible and generous about arriving early and leaving luggage after 10am depending on other check outs and check ins. Overall, a very special place to stay in Guayaquil with a great view of the river and el cerro Santa Ana. Thank you Rodolfo!
