“Good value for money option near the airport”
Flat is nice. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

“A good option in Guayaquil”
It was a convenient and comfortable stay. The host did a good job with communication, and I recommend this option for a good stay. I enjoyed the big television and comfortable bed.

Strange check-in and payment modality. It wasn’t possible to pay via Booking and credit card but the stuff sent a not trustworthy link. In the end I paid cash but in a strange way because there is no one present at the hotel.
