Great location. Rooms are comfortable. Restaurant is bright and open, food is good and being able to enjoy your meal on the terrace is a bonus.

“Don't ever go to this hotel”
The pax arrived at the hotel and there was no room available for him as we had booked. So the pax had to find himself another hotel nearby at 10pm. This was awful. Never again in this hotel. If you read this review, please do not go to this hotel.

The restaurant is very accomodating. We are vegan and they made up 2 very good vegan meals. The staff there are very nice, especially Carlos.

“If you have to be in Guyayaquil, a pleasant place to stay, transfer problems notwithstanding.”
Nice facility, friendly staff. Appreciated that they let me linger around the hotel in the restaurant and lobby after checkout until my evening flight. Excellent breakfast. Lovely view out my window.

Very new and clean hotel! The fitness room has a good treadmill, the food in the restaurant is outstanding and the staff is just super friendly and helpful!
