Great location. Air conditioning worked well. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Wifi worked. Overall not a bad place to stay.

“Excellent”
Everything was great! The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The service is good too. The location is great and there are many interesting places to walk to nearby. Good value.

This hotel is incredibly cheap for what you get. The room was clean and spacious, had a table where I could work, air conditioning and a comfy bed. Obviously it's not a luxury experience, but for the money it is absolutely top notch and I can highly recommend it. I was worried about the location, but felt very save throughout my stay. It's in the buzzling city, so during the day it's bit noisy (at night it's quiet).

“Cheap but uncomfortable beds..”
Well, it's in the city center. And its quire clean and the WiFi works very well (which is not usually the case in Ecuador hotels), staff is nice and helpful, there is a TV with Netflix

The location is very good, just in the city centre, also the room was very very spacious and staff nice and helpful!

“Great staff”
Staff were really friendly and very helpful. They helped me with phone calls about a number of things including covid tests. Location is right downtown and I felt safe in the area. 10 minute walk to the river side and many sights.
