“Good location okay hotel for short stay and on a budget”

Location was good. 10 minute walk to river front which had restaurants and a fair. Staff were helpful although English they found hard to understand.

The really good thing is a location. And it was clean

Hotel room was comfortable (2× twins) but the location isn't great. We were advised not for out after dark.

We stayed here overnight due to an early flight and found it to be a practical choice. The hotel is located a few blocks from the river, though the immediate surroundings aren't particularly attractive. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and the shower leaked slightly onto the floor. That said, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and despite the hotel being on a main street, we hardly noticed any traffic noise. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Overall, for a short stay and the price we paid, it was a good value.

Very nice and kind staff , it was pretty clean. And breakfast was good although they may need to improve a bit the "tigrillo" recipe.

Basic hotel in Guayaquil, good value for the money, very comfortable bed, close to restaurants.

Excelent hotel, bad location just because Guayaquil is bad place, didn’t feel safe. Hotel is the best thing that happen to us there, totally recommend. We loved it. The receptions girl was awesome and very helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and tried to help us with their little English and our little Spanish. The hotel was under renovations, and clean. Beds were comfortable.
