“A lot of staff but not very organised”
Room/bed was comfy, staff were (generally) friendly and helpful, there was a decent selection at breakfast. They let me check out at 2pm.

Hotel Palace is in a great location, you can walk to the Malecon in about 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and competent and speaks very good English, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good, with a variety of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts and much more.

“"Cherry at the top of our vacation"”
The price was excellent, well worth the comfort and elegance of the room simply outstanding! Bathroom and shower outstanding, cleanliness outstanding. My wife and I were total satisfied with every aspect of our one night stay. Had to catch an early flight and missed breakfast but did receive brown bag breakfast to go. Our wake up call at 6 00 am was perfect and our taxi ordered by Hotel arrived on time at 6 30 am. The hole experience was totally awesome!

Really great place to stay. The room was big and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were nice and they organised safe transport to and from the airport.
