“Decent value but not special”
This hotel is very close to the airport and offers decent value. The beds are comfy, it has AC, it was clean, there’s a TV in the room with YouTube etc, and check out is late at midday. They also offer breakfast 7-9am.

We ordered breakfast for our group when we arrived. The next day, we were told that there was no breakfast. The information had not been passed on to night staff.

“Close to the airport, comfortable friendly stay.”
5 minute taxi drive from the airport, 10 minute walk to the mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large, good working AC, very clean and comfortable bed. Water refill station also a great bonus.

The gentleman and lady in the evening where very helpful in helping us with our bags and coordinating early taxi's to the airport for us! They also coordinated taxi's to the near by mall and provided guidance on how to catch the appropriate taxi's back to the hotel after. The gentleman spoke some English which was very helpful. Google translate also helped.

“Great location! Great staff!”
Everything! Big room, comfortable bed, good shower, great location (really close to Mall de Sol), big parking (secured), great staff, clean. 100% recommend and I will return. Took us 5 min to get to the airport. (But expensive taxi at night 6$ for a 4-5 min drive) but it is what it is.

“Convenient for resting before an early morning flight”
We booked this hotel because we needed a place to rest and to take a shower, before our very early morning flight. Since that would only be a couple of hours, we didn't want to pay too much. This hotel delivered. It's a 6 dollar taxi ride away from the airport, though a bit hard to find. From the outside, it doesn't show as a hotel. The room was spacious, clean, with fine beds. A large mall is within 500 meters of (safe) walking. The mall has a big, American style, food court. Reception helped us order a taxi to pick us up at 2AM. All worked out fine!

“Very satisfied for affordable price”
Booked very last min after a flight interruption. Staff were in contact immediately to offer safe transport to hotel which is 5min drive from airport. Not much around property itself but was excellent value.

Very kind and helpful staff! The hotel is close to the AirPort which is perfect if you are staying for only one night and are catching an early flight. The room and hotel in general was clean and tidy.

“Convenient and comfortable”
Comfortable bed, shower had good pressure and hot water, aircon and wifi worked well. Staff were nice and quick to respond on whatsapp. They organised a taxi to collect me from the bus station which cost $5 (one person with one suitcase) which is highly recommended due to the safety issues in Guayaquil. Taxi driver communicated with me and sent me a photo prior to collection so I felt very safe. Breakfast was available from 7am and even in peak hour only took 5-10 minutes to get to the airport/bus station.
