paid for a superior room appears I may have not got it what I paid for have stayed before and the room had lounge chair warm to hot water a was reasonable in size the room I was allocated appeared not to be as big as the one previous and had cold water only good in summer but this was the winter type season and hence dissapointed

Super nice and helpful staff! They let us leave our backpacks in luggage storage for few days meanwhile we were out of the city. Moreover they were always willing to answer our questions about Guayaquil. Hot water in the shower - that wasn't really common in other places.
