We stayed at the hotel for the weekend. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was tasty and filling. However, there were some major drawbacks. We specifically chose this hotel to rest and sleep in on the weekend, but both Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8 a.m. we were woken up by loud construction inside the hotel. Nobody informed us about this at the time of booking or check-in, and we still had to pay the full rate without any discount. In addition, at first we were not given the room we had booked. The room description mentioned a bathtub, but we were given one with just a shower. Only after asking at the reception were we moved to another room — but unfortunately, from there the construction noise was even louder. We later found out, after complaining at the reception, that this was scheduled renovation work on one of the floors, not just a local issue. Overall, while the facilities and breakfast were good, the experience was very disappointing due to the noise and lack of communication

“Good stay at the hotel”
The hotel staff is very friendly, they are willing to help you. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and it was easy to work from the room, with good internet and a large desk, as well as a good chair.

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and very safe. Very nice restaurant. Located beside a large modern shopping mall - with ATMs inside . Excellent option especially for foreign tourists transiting to the Galapagos. Airport pickup essential .
