This was in the right location zone 10 and not as expensive as other hotels. Helpful friendly team at reception and security. The rooms are comfortable. It felt safe. There’s a good coffee shop next door and a fancy shopping centre across the road.

Very helpful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Hot water in the shower. Location is excellent- just around the corner of one shopping mall, and 10 minutes walk to the Oukland mall. Very peaceful zone with a lot of options to eat around. There were some options for breakfast that you can choose from and it was tasty.

Great little hotel not far from the airport and in a safe area with shops nearby and a great beer place. Rooms are comfortable but we stayed there twice and one of the rooms was very humid and musty. The second time we got an upgrade and the room was much better

Great location, comfy facilities. Spotless clean and the staff supportive and attentive, very kind. Do bring some ear buds for the night over the weekend. If you’re sensible to noise. The local at the back is loud… I used mine and did not bothered me at all.

Basic place to stay for an early flight not to far from the airport and driver the hotel arranged to take me there was on time no issues, left too early to try the breakfast

The bed was comfortable, other than only having one pillow per person which felt stingey and not comfortable for when you want to sit upright in bed when you're not sleeping, as nowhere else to sit comfortably in the hotel

Small boutique hotel perfect for a stop over. Clean rooms, good location, lovely staff who also prepared us a breakfast box as we had to leave early in the morning. Perfect quality price ratio.

Great location, simple but nice complementary breakfast. Lovely staff and comfortable bed (although it was a bit short for us (me and my partner are both 5'11+).

The hotel is perfectly located in Zone 10, centrally, practically across the street from the higher class shopping mall Fontabella Centro comercial, which also contains the best bookshop in Guatemala City. Great coffee shop next door, which does not belong to the hotel, but is adjacant. A small but nice room on the gound floor, as I requested. Excellent reading light, which is rare in the region. The staff is overall very friendly. Flawless wi fi signal 24 hours.

Everything! The location is very convenient (near the airport, lots of restaurant/cafe/convenience store nearby), the staff really nice and the bedroom was so clean and comfortable! I loved how the bedroom was decorated as well. It was very quiet and I could sleep very well. The breakfast was also very good and the staff that morning were really nice as well. So I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
