“Exceptional Hotel Near the Airport”

Everything. Service was excellent from the second week stepped out of the taxi and were welcomed by the doorman, who took our luggage, to the room, restaurant and organisation of our airport transfer. Everything is clean and comfortable. The lounge in the garden and the rooftop restaurant are quiet, relaxing and pretty. The food was lovely and reasonably priced and I enjoyed the included a la carte breakfast.

“Peaceful hotel in a safe district”

This hotel is in a nice, safe and convenient location for a short stop-over in Guatemala City. We stayed in a medium-grade room which was more spacious than average. Nice bathroom with an excellent shower and hot water pressure. Quality furnishings and bedding. We enjoyed the rooftop cafe in peaceful surroundings. The calm atmosphere is reinforced with green spaces around the hotel. We did not experience any street noise because our room was set well back. The Zona 10 district has much to offer, including an upper restaurant area at nearby Oakland Mall. Head westwards when walking at night because the street lighting is much better than the east-bound route. All staff were helpful and courteous, especially the doorman who minds the front security gate. Wifi worked well in the room and at the restaurant. Recommended!

I would give the staff five stars. They were lovely and very accommodating. The front desk is open 24/7, so they were happy to receive me at an odd time for check-in (which is very much appreciated). The doorman/concierge was absolutely lovely. Although there was a language barrier, he was very protective over me and ensured I was safe at all times. I really appreciate that man a lot. The room was a double, very spacious, plenty of room for your belongings. The bathroom was clean and outfitted with all toiletries you would need (including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Also very close to Oakland Mall.

The place is beautifully maintained, with plants, a terrace, and large, well-furnished rooms. The location is excellent, close to shopping centers, cafés, and restaurants. On top of that, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Loved my short stay here, perfect boutique city hotel was a quick pitstop overnight stay near the airport , the hotel presents itself really well modern urban feel low rise, with perfect sized room huge fab comfortable bed and oh fabulous bed linen !! and modern bathroom with fab toiletries ! quirky arrangement of rooms with that outdoor indoor feel was great and did not feel like a stuffy airport hotel ! - I would happily stay again great location also ! Staff uber helpful , and security of the hotel impressive ! within an hour of being at the hotel the Door Manager very kindly spoke to me by my first name every time i came and went constantly a wonderful touch !, would return and highly recommend to others i sadly didnt make breakfast but the restaurant upstairs looked well appointed ! Also 10 out of 10 the smooth airport shuttle which at silly oclock 4.30am is a huge relief , simply cannot fault this place !
