We only stayed 1 night before an early morning flight. We had a long journey to get to guatemala city and our room was a welcome comfort. Super comfortable bed. Loads of space in the room. Clean. Quiet. Really friendly staff.

Terrible service, we had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seated at breakfast and they started clearing away the breakfast before we had finished (it was also flavourless). Extremly poor customer service, we changed hotels midway through our trip and much preferred the Holiday Inn.
