Very nice and helpful staff, the apartment was comfortably large, so I could prepare myself for the trip and also prepare food and tea. I felt comfortable and safe here and I will return here at the end of my trip. The apartment was quiet and it was easy to relax after arriving. Thank you again.

Central location: The space is at the back of a cafe/Japanese restaurant located inside a nice court. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is big, and we could cook our meals and eat them on the little balcony. Lovely!

The loft is situated above a well-lit Japanese-themed cafe, which offers you plenty of space to work/socialize/load up on tea & cofee, and is conviently located very close to the famous "sexta" (6th avenue) where you can walk, take in, discover a significant representative part of Guatemala. The best part about this place is the host, David, and workers (Victor, Paddy, Bryan), who are always available and helpful for any questions you might have. I keep coming back whenever I need to stay in Guatemala City and look forward to my next trip.

The flat is super nice. The bed is comfortable. There are lots of shops around and you can get easily everything what you need! The owner is super friendly and he will help you with everything you need! I can highly recommend the accommodation!

Communication with the host was fine. Of course I had to googletranslate not only my messages but also my host's messages. Location is good to see real Guatemala City, walking distance to the Culture Palace.

Hosts / staff are super friendly, easy to communicate with, they respond quickly and will try their absolute best to help you with whatever. The apartment is located close to the Central Market where you can shop for food and souvenirs. You can easily walk to the Palacio Nacional. Taxi or Uber gets you to other places like Ixchel/Popol-Vuh, Aurora Zoo and Cayalá. You get a code to enter the building and your apartment, so you don't have to worry about keys. Great value for money.
