The place is very clean and private. The staff is friendly, attentive, and understanding. From what I noticed, the accommodation is basically a traditional house whose rooms have been adapted to serve as a small hotel, managed by the owners’ family. This gives it a cozy, home-like atmosphere that truly makes you feel like home. The manager (who I assume was the owner) personally contacted me via WhatsApp and kindly gave me detailed directions on how to get there. He was very understanding when we told him we would arrive late due to a problem with our vehicle. The location is quite close to several tourist spots, and although there can be some traffic during rush hours, the hotel’s area offers many alternative routes to get around quickly. The weather and the night views are very pleasant. I understand that you used to be able to see the entire city from the terrace, but now a new building blocks part of the view, still, it’s very beautiful. Excellent place for the price. Highly recommended, 100%!

“Amazing stay”

The host were amazing, probably the most gentle and friendly host I’ve had. I broke my ankle and they did their best to cure me. The room was very comfortable with an original decoration. The Wi-Fi is good and the price is more than worth it. Definitely recommend it !

Great place to stay at in Guatemala City.

The proprietary was very kind and the room was good. The plants that I see there made the place more appreciated. However, the location of the hotel was hard to find, not good restaurants near (tires and auto mechanic neighbor), and was not enough near to the airport.

The owner was helpful. The room is big. We arrived by car and we could park inside in garage.

“Urban Guatemalese lifestyle”

Bayron was so helpful, kind and answered every question I had. He was able to pick me up at the airport for the same price as white taxis request (10 USD). This was one of the highlights of my world tour as you practically live an urban Guatemalese lifestyle. The bed and the room were very clean and had everything I needed (soap, towel etc). To visit the city, I recommend to use Uber which is quite cheap, otherwise you have to walk around 45 mins to get to city center. I will definitely do not hesitate to come back here. The garden rooftop gives an amazing view. A big big thanks to you Bayrou again :-)
