Overal a nice place with friendly staff. Nice place to sit outside and great to have a kitchen to use.

Arrived to find out our reservation had been cancelled. Apparently because we hadn’t replied to a message sent that morning with the directions to the hotel. Left without a place to stay after a full day of travel and no apology or solution offered

The room and the facilities were a lovely comfortable setting with a beautiful cosy courtyard with nice plants!

“Excellent value for money”

We had a room in the top (3rd) floor. Grateful that someone was able to help us with our suitcase. The room was slightly ramshackle and spotlessly clean - we loved it. It opened onto a shared rooftop space that we had to ourselves most of the time. It's just round the corner from a choice of eateries and The Good Hotel in Zone 4, a nice area. Excellent value for money.

Very noisy, humid, poorly equipped room and kitchen. The neighborhood is not interesting. Not much is done to make you feel comfortable so you don't want to stay in your room. The bathroom was outside the room.

“Clean and large room”

The bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable.Nice large window. Daily cleaning to the toilets. The young lady from reception booked an Uber for us very early in the morning. The area is very nice, easy to walk in zone 1 or 9, close to supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants.

It was pretty and very clean. Downstairs nice terrace and overall we loved staying there - exceeded our expectations.

This place is so great. Rooms are cosy, clean and nicely decorated. A few minutes walk from Guatemala's vibrant night life, nice restaurants and bars. Safe neighbourhood and a few minutes drive from the airport. I do highly recommend!

“Cute apartment on the second floor”

This was my second time staying here (both times in the second floor apartment) and my experience was just as good this time. I really like the little balcony overlooking the street below. The sheets and towels smelled nice (not overpowering, just fresh and clean). Internet works well. Great location, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Location is nice, many restaurants/ bars/ cafes in walking distance + it’s close to the airport. Common spaces looked nice!

We only stayed one night so unfortunately can’t comment on location etc although it was beside a mall and we could do our food shop for dinner which was handy. Very clean accommodation, room was spacious and kitchen and communal area were great to cook and hang out in

“Perfect stay, nice rooftop”

We stayed in room 5 which was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was shared with one more private room, so no worries about waiting times. After check-out we could stay on the rooftop terrace all day waiting for our late night flight. We could also log our backpacks in the office while we explored the city for a while. That was very kind! The kitchen is also good to make some basic meals. Drinking water from a ceramic water filter is free. We would definitely recommend staying here. The area is safe and full of upper class western style restaurants.
