Location very good and good cost benefit compared to other options in Zona 10. Room is very comfortable with a lot of space. Breakfast is also good, but depending on the time the room was packed.

“False advertising about amenities”
It said it had shuttle to the airport but they're lying, they charge you $20 to take you there. They shouldn't advertise things that they're not going to do. Then the personnel don't care that you book expecting them to keep up their word. They were completely unhelpful, I used to think this brand cared about customer service but apparently not anymore. Extremely disappointed, if you're not going to give free transfer to the airport then don't say you will.

although we had been 4-5 people over the stay, they wanted to book two of us into another hotel, without any prior notice. upon complaint, we had to wait for more than one hour (after 20 hours travelling) to get a room. Receptionist kept smiling stupidly without any action

“nice and pleasant staying”
central location, room spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. breakfast was fine. the team were attentive and helpful. the only hotel in Guatemala and Belize that have coffee machine.
