Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They really made my stay. This place is a hostel in name only - it’s actually better than most hotels I’ve stayed at! Comfortable rooms, safe location, nice amenities and excellent homemade breakfast.

If I'm ever back to Guatemala city this is the hotel I will try to book again. Close to the airport, great breakfast, beds and service. 10-15 min walk to 2 big shopping malls and 10 min walk to strip mall type of place with 6-8 restraunts and great taco place 1 block away

“Very comfy hotel atmosphere for a few nights in town”

The room and the whole atmosphere/service felt more like a classical hotel than a hostel, so the price was more than fair. The staff are extremely engaged in making their guests feel comfortable and they even organized fresh glutenfree bread for breakfast. The location is a little off in Zona 10, but everything needed is within reach by foot and/or taxi.

The hotel is 20min walking distance from all the restaurants in Zona 10. The staff is incredibly nice. I arrived at 6am and rang the bell, being ready to wait on the street in case nobody would open, but Manuel opened the door with a smile on his face, the smile was always on his face, always up for a chat and very helpful with all the information. The room is very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is really nice, I loved it! And they always offered more coffee. There's also a nice little terrace where you can relax...

“Great stay”

I arrived into Guatemala quite late at night but the host was very helpful with my arrival. It was nice to have a hot shower, clean room & comfortable bed after my long journey. The area was quiet & I had a very good sleep. Breakfast and coffee was included & was very nice. The host helped me arrange a shuttle to Lake Atitlan for the next day :)

The hotel is located in the safe zona 10, restaurants and shops are in 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel is safe and cozy, the room is alright for a short stay to explore the city. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is yummy.

Very safe location, within walking distance of 2 malls. Staff very helpful especially Ernesto as mentioned in other comments here! Breakfast was included with the reservation and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
