We loved the location of the hotel, there are many a amenities and the staff is very friendly. We managed to bumped into the manager and he made himself available to us. Excellent hospitality, rooms are very well maintained and equipped and it’s in a very quite zone as well. We will definitely come back.

It’s located just in Cayala which is convenient for the amount of restaurants in the area. Not much noise is the place where it’s situated, so I was able to sleep well.

Iris Perez Had 3 nights reserved. The first night no problem. Early morning the next day got an emergency call from my brother stating my mother had fallen, she was seriously hurt, and to come back to my country asap. While I started packing, my wife went to the front desk, explained our situation and asked if we could cancel the pending two night. The clerk kindly told her we had to clear it with booking.com, so we called them and they said they would waive the two day if the your hotel agreed. Booking.com called Iris Perez (hotel employee) and she denied our request. I went to the front desk and got a hold of Mrs. Perez by phone and explained my situation. She said I had 48 hours prior of arriving to may any changes. I asked her how was I supposed to know 48 hours prior of arriving that an emergency was going to occur. We had a back and forth about the definition of "emergency" and at the end of a heated conversation, she said to leave open the credit card account and to send her later documentation that proved the emergency and that she would scale it up and see if maybe her boss could do something. Of course I told her I would not leave my credit card bill open, how could I trust a person like her not mishandling my credit card. In her mind all emergencies had to happen with in 48 hours of arriving. I hope the hotel records all employees calls and can hear how ridiculous her statements were and how unempathic she was towards my situation. Will not be using your hotels again personally and thru our corporation.

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. It is practically difficult to point out something that would be wrong. In the hotel restaurant, they serve espresso the best in the world. Thank you and congratulations. Service at the reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning staff top class. Keep it that way. When I have the opportunity to be in Guatemala again, your hotel will be my first choice.

The staff was great and this Hotel has everything you need, especially if you are arriving in Guatemala late at the airport this will be you best option, because you can have a lot of variety of restaurants around and it's also super safe but I love the rooms super comfy and also the designs of the bathrooms everything was perfect, I also used the gym and they have the right equipment for a nice workout, they have one of the best balconies with the view to the hole GT City so everything was perfect, I will stay there again for sure.

The location is great, right in the middle of Cayala, with restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and walking right exiting the door. The breakfast was pretty good, a regular buffet breakfast with some local food as well. The view from the terrace is awesome. Rooms are comfy for sleeping and resting.
