It’s a boutique hotel, while they may not have the exact amenities as a big chain hotel, such as a bellboy or 24 hour front desk staff, they do go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, tranquil, and super comfortable. If they don’t have it on site, they will make arrangements to meet your needs. Room service food was good. The communication happens a lot with WhatsApp but they are very quick to respond so you’re not idle or waiting for long periods of time. They also have a sister Hotel, which is less than a five minute walk and you are able to use the amenities there as well.MURAT Hotel has only a few rooms but that’s its charm. MURAT Hotel has only a few rooms but that’s its charm. I highly recommended. The views are spectacular. I would definitely stay there again. the only suggestion I would make is to be more mindful about the music maybe start it at 9 AM. And don’t play it so loud after a reasonable time some guests may be there for peace, quiet and relaxation only. But please, this is not a deterrent. The location is a little off the beaten path, but again is what gives it the charm and the views are exceptional. The hotel offers multitude water sports. You will not be disappointed staying here. I really enjoyed it.

“You have to see it to believe it”
Wonderfull location at the Guatape "represa" with views at the area, the piedra and the lake from all corners, excellent service from the staff, new hotel with real boutique allure. We will be back! The staff organised the rental of the jet skis and the tour with the flat boat ( planchon ).
