“Handy to El penol and great views”

Great view of El Peñol and a 20 minute walk. Great to go as it opens and miss the queues. Good food at restaurant and helpful staff.

The only real positives were breakfast, which was tasty and nicely presented, and the location, which is very convenient for visiting El Peñol Rock. Both gave a glimpse of what the place could be if it were better run.

The best of the place is the view! Personnel is friendly and nice.

We had an amazing time! From the hotel you have a great view at Guatape Rock and the staff was very helpful. We also booked a boat tour around the lake at the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel twice and had very nice drinks and meals. Thank you for the great time, we would love to come back some day!

Very nice hotel just under the Guatapé Rock, great view, spacious and clean rooms with a hottub!, jacuzzi outside and great attentive staff - very good value for money.

We were upgraded to a Suite with Spa. It had a view overlooking the Rock of Guatape.

I had an amazing shower( turn it to the left). A beautiful view. It's not too far to walk to the rock. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff could not have done more for me.

Comfortable room with a wonderful view, great location - right next to the rock (a bit further to the city, but you can easily catch a tuktuk), very nice service. For me, this place has the vibe of the "White Lotos" series ;)

Staff were beyond friendly and helpful, the location was great with fantastic view of both rock and lake, I enjoyed the hot tub for an hour and it was super hot, breakfast which was included was fair. Very reasonable price for the stay and would recommend it. The food in the evening was also good.
