the staff is very welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and big! And the Casa is very beautiful, a little bit outside city center (15min walking), which is good considering the noise in the center. Here is quiet.

Casa Encuentro is a beautiful place with a view to the lake and direct access to it, the place counts with a beauiful yoga shala and outdoor gym, it's very quiet and offers a lot of outdoor activities if you want to. The service is welcoming and friendly.

The location is stunning with a lovely lake view. It is quiet with only nature around. The two ladies who run the place are very attentive and always there when you need them. The yoga sessions they deliver are very inclusive. Security is very good.

Beautiful bungalow and private, it’s better than the pictures. The way there is a beautiful walk through nature. In eco lodges it is to be expected of insects and they are not harmful; that’s the charm. Bed very comfy, whole guesthouse including in the bungalow is well decorated! The sisters were very kind and helping to make our stay comfortable and letting us spend time in the hammock area since we had a late flight. We had hot shower too.

The view is amazing! Nice option to rent a kayak.

- location was perfect. 10-15 mins walk from town so really quiet but easy access - Wifi was really good - 1 breakfast (the crepes) was the best we’d had in South America - SUP rental was great - nice communal area to relax in with excellent views

Awesome customer service, amazing views, great breakfast. Just 10 minutes walk to downtown. Very quiet area. Waking up with the birds and sleeping with the rain was so peaceful.

The location is beautiful with great views and the room is really cute and comfy with a hammock on the terrace. There was a massive storm the day before so unfortunately the WiFi was down and there was some damage to the property which was really sad but the owners were lovely and super apologetic. It’s family run by two sisters and their mum who are all very friendly. I just loved the whole vibe of the place and wish I could have stayed longer as apparently they have activities like yoga classes which I’d have loved to join in for.

A very relaxing place. Beautiful surroundings and property, well decorated. Great views and lovely hammocks throughout. The grounds are beautiful, with exotic flowers and occasional hummingbird sittings outside my window. Great shower and a comfy bed. It’s well located a 5-10 min walk from the centre of Guatape, it’s also on a nice waking route which takes you through a beautiful winding road to a monasterial which is very peaceful and has great views. Katherine was always on hand via Watsapp and organised paddle boarding and gave great recommendations.
