Ok for 1 night. Good bed, clean. Owner lives in the apartment and just rents out one room. Very basic.

“A very good place for a short stay near the Guarulhos airport.”
There was no need to pick up the key anywhere, Mrs. Meire simply answered my doorbell and let me in. In spite that I arrived very late, around 2 am in the morning. She still made me a tea that late at night, and another free coffee in the morning. She let me to store my bag in her apartment after checkout till my plane departure. The advantage of here place is that it is withing short walking distance from the station of the CPTM fast line 13 to the centre of Sao Paulo, and this station can be reached from the GRU airport by a free shuttle bus.

Most wonderful was the host picking at the street close to the appartment and also bringing me to the bus station to catch a flight. Prices at the airport are high, in comparison the offer is worth much more. A good way to get there is using the green bus GRUAIRPORTSHUTTLE passing by Terminal 3, 2 and 1 till the metro station. From there it is only a some 300 meters walk. The kind lady also offers food at a very competitive price. Simular accomodations costs at least double. I highly recomend.
