“Lovely spot. Staff could be more friendly.”
Great spot. Unfortunately we found the lady on reception who checked us in to be unfriendly and unhelpful. We did not get the room we had booked (superior double with a balcony). Whilst the room was fine it did not have a balcony. When we raised this the lady in reception dismissed it and said that was what was available. Other than that, it’s a great spot close to the beach and good breakfast.

There are few good hotels in Guaruja. The ones that are better than this, cost double the price at least. This is a three star hotel at a two star price.

The location is prime, beachfront. It is also a chilled neighborhood, good security and access to restaurants. The staff was very kind, generous and helpful. Their service really exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your care and generousity.
