Featuring 2 outdoor pools, Residence Villa Elena offers self-catering apartments in Guardistallo, a medieval village a 15-minute drive from the Tyrrhenian Sea. 8 BBQ areas are available on site, and the property offers views of the countryside and the sea. With free Wi-Fi in the garden and reception, and a flat-screen TV, apartments are elegantly furnished and have a kitchenette with dining area. The private bathrooms come with bath or shower and a bidet. In the 9.000 m² common garden there is a terrace with deckchairs and umbrellas, a playground equipped with table tennis, swing, slide and bowls. “A lovely location, beautiful village, fabulous local restaurants/bistro & the people were terrific”
The location was great, as close to everything. The view was terrific from our balcony. The host Serena was really nice & helpful. A lovely touch was a bottle of Prosecco for my Special Birthday.

“Fantastic Villa and Holiday”
We loved everything about the place...We received a very warm welcome from Anna and Serena, who were lovely and were available the whole holiday for any advice or practicalities. The Villa itself is a WOW ! it is so peaceful. You feel like you are stepping into history and it has such great views over towards the coast and surrounding areas. The whole place is kept clean, the pool area is brilliant and the gardens are extensive, with lovely little areas to sit and have a barbecue or just pass the time. The Villa is also just a few steps away from Guardistallo village with its lovely Restaurants and Bars (thoroughly recommend MASA Bistro, great food and cocktails). We will be recommending Villa Elena to our friends. Thanks Again for a wonderful stay !

We loved everything about the place...We received a very warm welcome from Anna and Serena, who were lovely and were available the whole holiday for any advice or practicalities. Loved the location for exploring surrounding villages and the easy walk into town for restaurants in the evening. The perfect place to completely relax after several weeks of travelling. Wonderful retreat.

“Nice place near the sea and in the middle of a typical Tuscan landscape.”
Villa Elena is a very nice place situated close to the center of Guardistallo. When you are staying on the floor of a villa like us, you will have a beautiful view of both the garden and the Tyrrhenian Sea. There is plenty of space in the garden for barbecue or relaxation. Our children especially appreciated the clean, well-kept and low-chlorinated pool when we returned in the evening from the sea or from a trip. The owner of the villa is very nice and willing to provide all the necessary information. If we ever visit Tuscany again, we will be happy to return to Villa Elena.
