location was great, quiet place in the middle of the field. Owner Alice is amazing. Loved it all. Very clean, no aircon, but old stone house did its job and climate was amazing througouht the whole 3 weeks of our stay.

This is the first property on Booking.com where I truly have nothing to complain about – and also the first one to which I gave a full 10 for cleanliness. Every category easily deserves the highest score. Alice is a wonderful host – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is simply magical. If you're looking to disconnect from the chaos of a big city, this is where you should be. I completely lost track of time and I don’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed while traveling. The surrounding nature and peaceful location surely help, but the presence of animals – cats and chickens – adds so much charm. And at night, you can even see fireflies dancing around the garden. Pure magic. The house is stunning and full of character, built in a truly Tuscan style. The room was very well equipped. I saw a comment once saying the kitchen could be better equipped, and I must disagree – a good cook doesn’t need much, and everything you actually need is there. Besides, Alice is happy to help if something’s missing – we asked to borrow a kitchen scale to weigh our luggage and it was no problem at all. And her breakfasts… wow! Every single dish was delicious, but the yogurt cake was simply a dream. I genuinely cannot put into words how wonderful this whole experience was. Thank you, Alice – we will be back!

I really appreciated the host’s approach – very kind and responsive. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made it especially comfortable. It’s also a great option for those who plan to spend more time relaxing at the accommodation rather than going on frequent trips, as it offers everything you need for a longer, more laid-back stay.

Nice and quiet. After one day we felt relaxed. Beautiful building and few guests. Mostly had the swimming pool to ourselves.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast selection particularly the daily selection of home made cakes , meats, cheese and coffees all served with a smile. All the linen was fresh and rooms kept very clean.

Friendly welcome, very friendly and helpful owner, a fantastic place to let your soul dangle, very clean and spacious room, well maintained pool, fantastic breakfast with self-made cakes, I only stayed there for 2 nights but felt refreshed like having been on holiday for 2 weeks.

Beatiful place, great location to explore Toscana and last but not least Alice as the owner making the stay even more enjoyable with delicious breakfasts and 'can do with a great smile' attitude. Thank you!

The room and the bathroom were very clean and maintained every single day which isn't common in Italy. The location is very quiet so you can easily relax by the pool or a whirlpool. Breakfasts are exceptional the owner prepares almost whatever you want and it;s always delicious. There is also a shared fridge so you can keep your own food fresh and drinks cool.
