Overview
A fully restored villa with stone walls set in Guardistallo’s countryside, Locanda Le Giunche offers an organic food shop and a restaurant. It includes rustic rooms with hill views and free access to a nearby spa. Featuring wood-beamed ceilings and wrought-iron beds, Le Giunche hotel’s rooms are fitted with terracotta floors and wood furniture. Some rooms comprise a fireplace and a 4-poster bed while all have a private bathroom with shower and Tuscan olive oil toiletries. An Italian breakfast with freshly baked bread, homemade jams and yoghurt is served daily. At the restaurant guests can sample Tuscan cuisine prepared with home grown olive oil, handmade pasta and vegetables. Local meat, cold cuts and cheeses are sold on site. You can go swimming for free at a pool in Ponte Ginori, set 10 km away. Alternatively, you can relax or work out at a wellness centre in Cecina, a 20-minute drive from the country house. Casale Marittimo is 4 km away while it is a 30-minute drive to the nearest beach in Vada.

“Stunning location”
The most beautiful location, view on Tuscan hills all around. We stayed in la cassetta, very comfortable, clean. Owners and staff are all very friendly and they even helped us find a new accomodation nearby when our flight was cancelled and needed to stay a bit longer. Wifi also good, I could do my work remote.

“The perfect place to relax.”
the location is excellent to explore the area, beaches, medieval villages and nature. The rooms are nice and cozy. We were given room n.1 which was perfect for our dog with a little patio and garden. Generous salted and sweet breakfast. The restaurant is excellent offering something different from other touristic restaurants and with various vegetarian and vegan choices. But the real must of Locanda le Giunche are Carmen, Patrizia and Francesco who manage the Locanda and make you feel welcome and at home with tact and discretion. Thanks also to the waiters Michele and Stefano, very kind and sympathetic.

Very nice environment in the middle of Tuscany hills. An old country house which renovation preserved the original charm. Big room with fireplace. Clean and comfortable. We decided to have dinner at the Osteria and it was a real surprise! Excellent food for all tastes, including very good vegetarian options, not always granted in carnivore Tuscany! Great breakfast with salt and sweet options. And the price was really correct! Another plus, our pet didn’t pay!!!! We will definitely come here again!!!
