Overview
Set in the Tuscan countryside, this large holiday village features 3 outdoor pools, a restaurant and minimarket. All self-catering apartments come with a kitchenette and furnished patio. Cecina is 7 km away. Studios and apartments at Il Borgo Centro Vacanze are spread around 15 hectares of Mediterranean parkland. Each includes a fridge and stove. Some apartments feature a fireplace. Traditional Maremmana cuisine is served at the Osteria del Borgo restaurant. Specialities include wild boar, Ribollita soup and Florentine steaks. The resort holds cookery courses and wine tours. The resort is 15 km north of Marina di Bibbona's sandy beaches and a 20-minute drive from Rosignano.

“Family trip”
Everything was almost exactly as described and according to guest reviews. Ants were expected, and they were. Mosquitoes were also present. But no one mentioned the resident cat, but it was there and it was adorable. There were also insect-catching lizards. Other than that, it was quiet and peaceful, with nice pools, a restaurant, and a bar. A very good place to relax. I recommend it.

“Hidden Gem!”
Lovely place! Staff super friendly and helpful at reception, rooms lovely and clean, kitchen with basics provided, access to clean, public swimming pool, free parking. Large comfy beds. Would definitely recommend!!

The resort is big and we have spent 2 nights. The accommodation was as described and expected. The extra costs for bed lines and tovwels was 8EUR/person. To be honest I did not know it till the lady at reception told me. :)

“Perfect to relax and enjoy Tuscany”
Quiet park campsite, excellent to relax. 2 great swimming pools with plenty of beds / umbrellas. Friendly staff in the shop (very nice espresso!) and restaurant (pleasantly priced, except for soft drinks). The 5-p bungalow is sufficiently equipped. Not luxurious, but fits for 9 day stay. Cecina, sea and supermarkets in 5 -10 min range

we were a group of 5 friends. i could imagine this place to be perfect for families with kids, but we ourselves had a splendid time. the place is only 8 minutes by car to the closest beach and there are several smaller beautiful towns in the vicinity, if that's what you're after. two pools were perfect for early swimming and sunbathing. the nearby bar was a nice addition. a great choice for a solid price. we even managed an early check in before 12:30 which helped us a lot.

“Very good place to relax and discover Tuscany cost”
Very well maintained village. The structures are a bit aged but the maintenance done to things and plants make it as new. The staff is very kind and helpful. The three pools of different depths allow you to always find a place and swim or relax. There is a barbecue for each apartment and the kitchen is equipped with the necessary to eat. The bed is comfortable and inside the apartments, the temperature remains cool even without the use of the air conditioner. The location is excellent for visiting all the places on the coast of Tuscany, especially the closer Bolgheri vineyard area, excellence of the region.
