noticed previous mention of shower situation a year ago this still has not been sorted. and never saw the hosts as it was put in key holders hands and this meant problem picking up keys.

The view from the balcony is fantastic and you can hear the sea from the apartment which I loved. The location is ideal beside the beach bars restaurants and park. Also no problem for parking.

Very deceptive photo makes it look as though you will be overlooking the beach, whereas the property is in a side street with views of other apartments opposite. it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning panoramic views of the sea right from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was a true highlight. The flat itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The interior was tastefully decorated, giving a cozy yet contemporary feel. The building was secure and quiet, which made it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The proximity to local restaurants, shops, and beaches was excellent—everything was within walking distance, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture without needing a car. The host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations for dining and activities in the area.

The whole apartment was beautiful and clean. The location was excellent. The beach view from the balcony was lovely. Paco was extremely helpful and waited up till the early hours to give us the keys, as our flight was delayed by 3 hours and also arranged a taxi for us for the journey back to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment. The only recommendations we would add are that there was no bath mat provided for the shower. There was no wardrobe/hanging space in the 2nd bedroom. There was no kettle, but there was a hot water dispenser, but the water was not boiling hot.

Location was the favourite! The gentle sea breeze on the veranda, looking down on the beach. Very near to the promenade, eateries and shops - easy walking distance.

Excellent location right beside the beach and parking right outside the property. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything that guests will require during their stay.

Amazing appartment with stunning sea views. Excellent location in the heart of Guardamar. Short stroll to a beautiful park and plenty of restaurants, bars and cocktail bars on the doorstep. 20 minute walk to the marina for boat hire and a lovely restaurant. Host and owner kept in contact with us, to make sure we were completely happy with our stay. Welcome treats on arrival were a lovely start to our holiday. Would recommend without hesitation and we will definitely be returning.
