“Relaxing stay in a beautiful modern apartment with all Mod Cons.”
Apartment was spacious and had everything you would need. Modern, clean, incredible value for a 3 bedrooms. (We had the first floor) Location was a few blocks back from the beach, but was a pleasant walk, so not a big issue for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Guardamar and I would definitely come back.

“Great top floor apartment in a great place.”
A great modern apartment on the top floor with a shared roof terrace above, (only shared with the bottom apartment). Everything inside is modern, very spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one onsuit. Big dining area with a couple of small balconies, set in the streets just outside the centre and not far from the bus station.

“Great stay in very modern apartments - Great experience 😍”
Very beautiful apartments, the design is very modern. The host is very friendly and ready to help. They even presented us a bottle of cold wine and ice cubes, which was very nice! The apartment was easy to find and looks same as on the photos! The air conditioning was working great! The location is great, very near to the beach and the city center, but still a very quiet district! We loved the holiday there! Definitely worth staying here😍

Beautiful property, the only criticism is the table is made of concrete, not a problem, but the sides of the table are also concrete and point outwards, need to be mindful of tripping, great facilities in the property
