Location was great. Perfect for sunrise. Beach a one minute walk. Property was clean. It was well stocked with beach items, washing machine and there was a reasonable amount of kitchen bits for cooking etc.

The flat was very beautiful, you could see and enjoy the sea from the balcony. It was very well equipped (kitchen, beach umbrella, ironing machine) and the Lena from the accomodation was very nice and helpful, she did her best to support us during our stay!

Very clean appartment with a wonderful view from the balcony, very peaceful location. The photos on Booking.com don't give your appartment the justice is deserves, it's a lot nicer in person. The location is excellent, the balcony is superb with full view of the sea and full sun all day long. Beach, bars and restaurants within 50m but no noise. Facilities in the apartment are second to none. They even provide beach towels and parasol.

“Location, Location, Location!”
We absolutely loved the proximity of the property to the promenade at Guardamar. You could hear the waves from your bed. It is also near to shops, bars, restaurants, the municipal pool and the Reina Sofia park. The apartment itself is modern, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
