“Lovely apartment, great location, friendly host.”
Our flight was delayed and our host was very helpful, meeting us to hand over the keys and give us a tour. The apartment balcony faces north. Which meant even at 35degC we could sit outside and the apartment didn't over heat. The aircon coped well with the heat too. Everything worked, we didn't use much in the kitchen as there were great places to eat on our doorstep, but it was well equipped. 5 min walk to the beach or 5 mins to a big mercadona. Lovely new breakfast and ice cream place just downstairs. The square is well used, but not noisy. There were beach chairs and a brolly. The ensuite is tiny, but much appreciated.

Three minutes from the beautiful seafront. I liked it had a balcony with a view into the square, area was quiet at this time of year, November, I would imagine in the height of the summer it would be extremely busy

The location of the place is very good. Close to shop, close to the beach, quite close and to the park with animals. We were with small baby and at arrival they offered us baby bed, which was great.

“Lovely located apartment”
The location was superb, only five minutes walk from the fantastic beach and within walking distance of everything that Guardamar has to offer. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed and was lovely and clean throughout, also the communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely consider it again if in Guardamar.
