Property was beautiful. But no towels or bed linen were replaced. I asked for extra towels and the owner said no. So I had to buy on my own new towels. When I arrived the door man didn’t know about my reservation I had to make multiple phone calls to contact the owner to have access to the property. The apartment was super dirty for my arrival, a cleaner arrived to clean up later on.
