Most staff were helpful, and tried to assist where possible. The location is excellent as it is close to many shops and restaurants just around the corner. It is very convenient to have free shuttle to the Canton Fair if you're traveling during the trade fair, and free airport shuttle. The hotel is very clean and there is a good breakfast available.
